Sample Menu

Dietary needs are assessed prior to arrival, menus are tailored to individual requirements.
Recipes use the finest ingredients possible and are from family tradition.
Highly nutrition oriented, all produce is locally sourced and certified organic as available.
Three day programs are meat free and raw based, our five day (or longer) programs include fish and/or organically raised chicken.

Day 1

filtered water with lemon and mint
herbal tea

papaya fruit

banana coconut smoothie
yogurt with quinoa, sprouted almonds and honey

beet, ginger, carrot juice
green salad
fruit nut bar
water with lemon and mint

lightly steamed green bean and baby corn salad with parmesean
black bean couscous with coconut ginger chutney
mango lassie
herbal tea

Day 2

filtered water with lemon and mint
herbal tea
noni shot
papaya, pinapple and banana

cilantro, turmeric, lemon, orange smoothie
yogurt with granola, chia and honey

kale, apple, ginger  juice
cabbage and baby veggie salad with balsamic vinegar
water with lemon and mint

squash soup with sprouted mung or lentil beans
guacamole with corn chips
chai tea

Day 3

coconut water
herbal tea
noni shot
papaya with lemon

citrus fresh juice blend
gallo pinto – typical hearty rice and beans
avocado, cheese and fried plantain
eggs optional

kale, banana, pinapple chia smoothie
selection of veggies with sabsi mast yogurt dip
water with lemon and mint

cauliflour potato leek soup
baby tomatoes and bococcini salad on arugala
pesto tofu angel hair pasta
mango lassi
herbal tea

Day 4

coconut water with lemon
herbal tea
aloe vera chia shot
apple, kiwi, grapes, lychee, mangosteen

kale, mint, turmeric, banana, orange smoothie
whole grain french toast or buckwheat pancakes

beet, ginger, carrot juice
hummus and selection of veggies
water with lemon and mint

fish cevice in a sushi maki cone
gomae – japanese tahini saki dressing over spinach
jasmine rice
miso soup with tofu and seaweed
cacao ball

Day 5

filtered water with lemon and mint
herbal tea
aloe vera chia shot
papaya fruit

apple, ginger, basil, lemon smoothie
cinnamon barley oats with apple and banana

cashew butter avocado whole grain sandwich
spinach artichoke dip
raw veggies
tamarindo

sweet potato bean hash with cashew sour cream
steamed asian veggie rolls
chocolate mousse
