This retreat package is designed to ~

Energize your body and mind through physical outdoor activities, juicing and raw foods
Reconnect with nature, family and friends while experiencing the Pacific Rich Coast

All meals and accommodations are included with this retreat, in addition :

• one or two 60 min power yoga session each day
• nature trail hike
• daily surfing with one surf lesson with from a local ISA Certified Instructor
• choice of ATV or Canopy tour  * applicable to 5  day program
• holistic massage treatment
• two to four organic juice / veggie blends per day
• all day access to filtered water, fruits and herbal teas
• local restaurant dinner on the beach at sunset
